🚗 Rent-a-Car Policy
1. Cancellations & Refunds

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

No Refund: No refund will be issued if:

The customer fails to show up at the pickup location.

Cancellation is made after the scheduled pickup time.

Vehicle Return

Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as rented.

Late returns may incur additional charges.

Any damage or violations (e.g., traffic tickets, tolls) will be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.

🏠 Property Rental Policy
1. Booking Cancellations

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 3–6 days before check-in may receive a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in time are non-refundable.
2. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of booking.

The deposit will be returned within 5–7 business days after checkout, provided:

There is no damage to the property.

🔁 Modification of Bookings

Changes to booking dates, times, or locations are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
